INTERESTING -As Youth Of St. Mathew's Catholic Church Umunam Ended their Youth Week with a Friendly Match

 Sunday the 29th day of September, 2024 witnessed  a scintillating and mind thrilling Friendly Match between the  Staff of Versatile Consolidated Industries, Owerri (VCI)  The makers of quality sachet nylon for water , bread, bottle water, label tissue, serviette etc,  and the  Youth of St. Mathew's Catholic Church Umunam in Imerienwe, Ngor Okpala Local Government Area of Imo State. The match started at around 4:pm at Umunam football field, and the Parish Priest of St. Mathew's Catholic Church Rev. Fr. Ugochukwu Agubata Opara was live to cheer his side to victory. Although the match ended in a 3-3 draw for both sides. It was a math played in a friendly manner and in  wrapping up of the Parish Youth Week which witnessed huge success to the glory of God. Rev. Senator Monday Okpebholo of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has emerged as the winner of the closely fought Edo State governorship election. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) made the declaration at the collation center in Benin City few minutes ago. Okpebholo secured 291,667 votes, defeating his main rival, Asue Ighodalo of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), who garnered 247,274 votes.
