2- Caretaker Committees Will Be Abolished,  Ensuring The Local Governments Are Run By Elected Representatives. 

3- Federal Allocations Will Be Sent Directly To Local Governments, Bypassing State Governments.

4- State Governments Will No Longer Be Able To Access Funds Meant For The Local Government Areas.
