CBM IKEDURU: CITY BOY MOVEMENT APPOINTS THE SON OF THE LATE IGBO LEADER, AHAEJIEJEMBA, HON. CHINEDU IWUANYANWU AS IKEDURU LOCAL GOVERNMENT COORDINATOR

_Holds first meeting with his LG Excos_

As the 2027 general elections and the reelection of the current President gathers momentum,the apex youth body for the realization of the second tenure of President Tinubu,City Boy Movement has appointed the son of the late foremost Igbo leader and a political heavyweight, Chief Dr. E. C Iwuanyanwu (Ahaejiejemba) as the coordinator of the movement in Ikeduru. 

Hon. Chinedu Iwuanyanwu in his speech thanked his exco members for accepting to work with him which he said is a great task but praised the capacity of the members. 

The Coordinator took time to reel out the essence of the movement which he said is a youth-driven, grassroots political support group dedicated to advocating for, and promoting, the Renewed Hope Agenda and policies of Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. 

He said the aims is to bridge the gap between government and citizens by empowering young people, fostering, and enhancing, active civic participation, and driving urban development across Nigeria. 

He went further to list the Key Aspects of the Movement's Mission which he said are;

Youth Engagement and Empowerment which focuses on engaging young Nigerians, encouraging them to take on leadership roles, and fostering a better understanding of government policies.

To Support the Administration to champion the policies of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, promoting his programs and achievements to ensure public understanding and support.

To help in Grassroots Mobilization which will aid building a larger structure by appointing a great team in every community to promote government initiatives

He urged his team to geared towards Inclusivity and Unity and that the movement is open to all backgrounds and aims to unite various sectors, including youths, traders, civil servants, entrepreneurs, and religious leaders, for national development

He opined that the use of all media space is paramount to the movement. 


Finally he pleaded with the team to maintain the Core Principles of the movement which are loyalty, Commitment to Nigeria, the APC, and the Renewed Hope Agenda,Integrity, zero-tolerance for corruption, 
Discipline, Respect for rules and hierarchy, to focus on community service and nation-building. 

In his vote of thanks, the Head of Media unit, City Boy ikeduru Movement  Don Martyn L. O Nwosu congratulated the coordinator and thanked him for finding them worthy to work with him and promised on behalf of his fellow Excos not to leave any stone unturned with total dedication to service and upholding the political legacy of his late father.
